Recent National Meteorological and Hydrological Service of Panama guidance and model consensus indicate a typical wet-season pattern for September 6, with partly cloudy skies, scattered afternoon thunderstorms, and highs most likely between 29–32 °C. These conditions, driven by the monsoon trough and high humidity, favor the market’s tight clustering around 30–32 °C because convective cloud cover and precipitation frequently suppress peak readings below clear-sky potential. Historical September maxima near 30 °C provide climatological context, while short-term variability in storm timing and intensity remains the key uncertainty that could shift the observed high by 1–2 °C. Traders are weighting the latest model runs and official daily forecasts, which will be finalized by the end of the observation period tomorrow.
