Any revisions to temperatures recorded after data is initially published for this market's timeframe will not be considered for this market's resolution.Northeast monsoon influence over southern China has moderated overnight cooling in Hong Kong, with Hong Kong Observatory forecasts for September 9 consistently projecting a daily temperature range of 26–32 °C and morning lows near 26 °C. Current regional observations show overnight readings stabilizing in the upper 20s, supporting trader consensus around a 27 °C minimum as the most probable outcome under partly cloudy conditions with limited shower activity. Model consensus and historical September baselines under similar monsoon setups reinforce this narrow range, though localized convective cooling or delayed clearing could still push the official minimum to 26 °C if rainfall intensifies before dawn.
