Any revisions to temperatures recorded after data is initially published for this market's timeframe will not be considered for this market's resolution.**Northeast monsoon influence and partly cloudy conditions are positioning 31°C as the dominant outcome for Hong Kong's maximum temperature on September 9.** Official Hong Kong Observatory forecasts indicate a high of 26–31°C under easterly winds of force 4, with low significant rain probability and dry daytime conditions. Recent observations from September 8 showed afternoon peaks near 32.5°C before the monsoon began moderating temperatures slightly. Historical climatology for early September places average highs around 30.7–31°C, providing context for trader emphasis on the 31°C threshold. Model consensus and the timing of any cloud cover or showers tonight support limited upside to 32°C while keeping lower outcomes unlikely.
