Current forecasts from multiple models converge on a high of 17–18°C for Amsterdam on September 17 under persistent southwesterly flow, extensive cloud cover, and periods of rain that limit daytime heating. Cooler maritime air advection ahead of a low-pressure system, combined with high humidity and 15–17 mph winds, suppresses the usual seasonal maximum near 19°C. Trader consensus splits narrowly between 18°C and 17°C because small differences in rain timing or cloud breaks could shift the daily peak by 1°C, while probabilities for 19°C or 16°C remain low absent major model revisions before the 17th.
