Recent opinion polls position Apvienotais Saraksts (AS) as the frontrunner to secure the largest vote share in Latvia’s October 3 Saeima election, driving trader consensus toward its 55% implied probability. July surveys from SKDS show AS at 19%, ahead of Suverēnā Vara (SV) at 17% and Latvija Pirmajā Vietā (LPV) at 15%, with Progresīvie (PRO) close behind; earlier LPV leads have narrowed amid stable AS support and SV gains among Euroskeptic voters. The proportional system with a 5% threshold favors parties demonstrating broad regional strength, while coalition dynamics and final campaign momentum in the coming weeks remain key variables that could shift narrower margins among trailing options like Jaunā Vienotība (JV) or Nacionālā Apvienība (NA).
