Current forecasts from New Zealand's MetService and international models indicate a daily maximum of 13°C in Wellington on September 10, with stable spring conditions and light winds limiting diurnal warming. This consensus, backed by ensemble runs and historical September baselines around 12–15°C, underpins the market's 99.4% implied probability for 13°C. Traders price in the narrow uncertainty band typical of well-observed urban stations. A realistic shift would require late-day frontal passage or localized sea-breeze effects pushing readings outside the 12–14°C window, though model agreement and proximity to resolution make such revisions unlikely before official verification.
