Trader consensus on Polymarket reflects a 63.5% implied probability for "No" on SpaceX achieving fully reusable Starship before 2027, driven by unresolved challenges in rapid full-stack reusability despite Super Heavy booster reuse milestones achieved in 2025. Recent April 2026 developments, including the unveiling of next-generation Starship V3 with redesigned Raptor 3 engines for enhanced efficiency and the successful 33-engine static fire ahead of Flight Test 12 from Starbase's new Pad 2, signal progress toward tower catches and hot-staging. However, upper stage reentry reliability and sub-hour turnaround times remain unproven amid historical test delays, leaving tight timelines as key swing factors for upcoming flights.
