Recent National Weather Service and model consensus points to a high near 68–70°F in Seattle on September 10, driven by an incoming weather system that will increase cloud cover and limit daytime heating after clearer, warmer conditions on September 8–9. Official forecasts show mostly cloudy skies with a chance of light drizzle, light northerly winds, and highs of 68–70°F, slightly below the 1991–2020 average of 72°F. Trader positioning clusters tightly around the 66–71°F bins, reflecting the narrow spread in current model runs and limited upside potential from lingering marine influence or timing of any breaks in cloud cover. Updated short-range guidance expected over the next 24–48 hours will refine the precise maximum.
