**No raids on Jeffrey Epstein’s reported storage units have occurred or been announced as of late August 2026, supporting the 89.5% “No” probability.** Documents released by the Department of Justice in January–February 2026, including search warrants and emails first detailed by The Telegraph, revealed that Epstein rented at least six undisclosed storage units across the U.S. as early as 2003. Private investigators moved computers, hard drives, photographs, and files into them ahead of earlier law-enforcement actions at his properties. Payments continued until his 2019 death, yet federal records and agency responses at the time indicated no raids took place on the units themselves. Subsequent Epstein-related activity through mid-2026 has centered on further document disclosures under the Epstein Files Transparency Act, congressional oversight transcripts, state-level commissions (such as New Mexico’s), and civil litigation against the FBI—none of which involve or reference new physical searches of storage facilities. No official statements, warrants, or credible reporting have signaled planned raids for the remainder of the year. Traders therefore assign low odds to a 2026 raid, viewing the storage units as a closed historical matter unlikely to trigger fresh enforcement absent major new developments.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if any private individual or government authority discovers and examines the contents of a storage unit previously rented by or on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.
A qualifying storage unit must contain items previously belonging to or associated with Jeffrey Epstein at the time it is examined. The examination of a storage unit previously rented by or on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein which no longer contains any items related to Epstein will not count.
Only searches conducted within this market’s timeframe will count. Previously available or newly published information which demonstrates that storage units previously rented by or on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein were examined prior to this market’s creation will not count.
The primary resolution source for this market will be a consensus of credible reporting.
