Recent National Weather Service forecasts project a Wednesday high near 83°F for Atlanta, with partly sunny skies, easterly winds of 5-10 mph, and a 50% chance of showers and thunderstorms moderating peak temperatures through reduced solar heating. This shift from preceding days' sunny conditions near 90°F has centered trader consensus on the 78-81°F range, where implied probabilities exceed 60% combined. Key variables include forecast model consensus on cloud cover timing and moisture advection, alongside historical September averages around 81°F. Updated model runs and official observations from Hartsfield-Jackson Airport on September 23 will determine final resolution within the market's 2°F bins.
