Trader consensus on 17°C as the highest temperature in Moscow on September 11 reflects the latest forecast consensus from Roshydromet and global models, which point to daytime highs near that level amid a shift to cooler westerly flow. Recent developments include the passage of a frontal system bringing scattered showers and increased cloud cover, which caps solar heating after warmer conditions earlier in the week. Historical September averages near 17°C provide context, while model spread and exact timing of precipitation introduce uncertainty around whether readings edge toward 18°C or settle at 16°C. Final observations from official stations will determine resolution.
