Recent National Weather Service and model guidance for Miami on September 15 indicates scattered afternoon thunderstorms under easterly flow, with forecast highs centered near 86–88°F amid high humidity and cloud cover that typically suppresses peak heating. These conditions align with climatological norms for mid-September, where convective activity often caps temperatures below recent daily maxima near 90°F. Trader emphasis on the 90–91°F bin reflects uncertainty in exact timing of storms and potential for brief clear periods allowing stronger insolation, while lower-probability bins above 92°F account for model spread if convection remains delayed. Updated forecast discussions expected in the next 24 hours could shift implied odds as new model runs refine rain timing and wind patterns.
