The company has guided to 75.0% for Q1 fiscal 2027 and reiterated expectations for exiting the fiscal year in the mid-70% range, supported by a favorable mix of high-margin data center AI accelerators like Blackwell amid sustained cloud spending. Historical patterns show non-GAAP margins climbing from the low 73% range in fiscal 2026 to 75.2% by year-end, reflecting improved product yields and pricing power. While this positioning appears durable, realistic downside risks include a sudden shift toward lower-margin consumer or professional visualization products, unexpected inventory adjustments, or broader pricing pressure from competitors that could push results outside the narrow band.
