This market will resolve to "Yes" if, at any point after market creation and during the week of September 14 2026, any 1-minute candle for Amazon.com, Inc. (AMZN) has a final "High" or "Low" price equal to or beyond (above for ↑ High Prices, below for ↓ Low Prices) the listed price. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". Prices occurring during pre-market or after-hours trading will not qualify. Prices will be used exactly as published by Pyth, without rounding. Any timestamp within the listed market time frame may be used to view the relevant candle data (e.g., https://pythdata.app/explore/Equity.US.AMZN%2FUSD?t=1773432000) If the relevant Pyth data is unavailable due to a system outage, data failure, or other technical disruption that prevents verification of the required 1-minute candle data, the official daily high/low price published by the primary exchange on which the listed security trades will be used to determine whether the listed price was reached during the applicable trading session.Amazon's shares traded near $254 in mid-September 2026 after fluctuating between roughly $246 and $257 during the week of September 14, supported by robust Q2 results that showed 20% revenue growth to $200.6 billion and AWS revenue accelerating 37% year-over-year to a $169 billion annualized run rate. Operating income rose 43% to $27.5 billion, aided by AI-related demand and a large non-operating gain from Anthropic holdings, though Q3 guidance of $197–202 billion in sales signaled sequential moderation tied to Prime Day timing and an 80-basis-point FX headwind. Elevated 2026 capital expenditures, now guided at $220 billion, underscore ongoing infrastructure buildout for cloud and AI, while analyst price targets average near $328 amid a strong-buy consensus. The next quarterly update is scheduled for late October.
