Clement Chidekh enters the Nottingham 3 Challenger matchup with stronger recent form and ranking credentials, having secured back-to-back Challenger titles earlier in 2026 and advancing past Alberto Barroso Campos in the round of 16 on grass. The French player, currently ranked 205 with a career high of 176, has shown consistent results on the circuit this season. Alastair Gray, a British player ranked 277, benefits from home-soil familiarity and has posted wins in early rounds at the event, including against Patrick Brady. Grass-court conditions and head-to-head history remain key variables, with Chidekh favored by the implied probabilities in trader consensus reflecting his superior recent results and ranking edge.
