Recent forecasts from sources including AccuWeather and the Met Office indicate a high of 23–25°C in Zhengzhou on September 17, driven by increased cloud cover, southeasterly flow, and a 20–85% chance of light rain or drizzle that limits daytime heating. These conditions follow a warmer September 16 and align with typical late-summer patterns where frontal influences and higher humidity suppress maximum temperatures below recent clear-sky peaks. Model consensus points to afternoon readings in the low-to-mid 20s Celsius, with minimal model spread supporting the market’s heavy weighting toward 22°C or below. Updated guidance expected overnight could refine rain timing and confirm whether any break in clouds allows a brief spike toward 26°C.
