Recent National Weather Service forecasts for Denver on September 16 point to a mostly cloudy overnight with a low near 59°F, driven by moderate south-to-east winds, dew points in the mid-40s, and limited radiative cooling under cloud cover. This central tendency supports the closely matched market odds around the 51°F-or-below and 70°F-or-higher brackets, as small shifts in cloud thickness, wind speed, or scattered showers could alter the minimum by several degrees. Historical September 16 lows average 49°F, yet recent above-normal warmth and model spread in boundary-layer mixing introduce genuine uncertainty that traders are pricing through real-money positions. Updated NWS guidance and official station readings will resolve the market.
