PAM holds the strongest trader consensus for winning Morocco’s September 23 legislative elections, driven by its recent high-profile recruitment of figures like Fouzi Lekjaa, detailed five-year economic program emphasizing one million jobs and purchasing power measures, and positioning within the governing coalition alongside RNI and Istiqlal. The party has highlighted infrastructure investments tied to the 2030 World Cup and youth integration amid widespread voter disengagement and economic pressures. RNI faces coalition frictions and leadership transitions that have tempered its odds, while smaller parties like PJD remain marginalized after prior losses. With low projected turnout and fragmented opposition, PAM’s organizational momentum and policy focus on employment and public services have shaped the current implied probabilities in this closely watched contest.
