Recent polling from firms including Real Time Big Data, Quaest, and Datafolha shows Marília Arraes (PDT) maintaining a clear lead for one Senate seat in Pernambuco, while the battle for second remains fragmented among Humberto Costa (PT), Mendonça Filho (PL), Eduardo da Fonte (PP), and Túlio Gadêlha (PSD). Trader odds reflect this split, with no single challenger exceeding low-20s support and vote shares staying within a few points across April–August surveys. Party realignments, candidate withdrawals such as Miguel Coelho’s exit, and the two-seat electoral system continue to sustain uncertainty. Any late consolidation behind one contender or stronger regional turnout could shift probabilities ahead of the October 4 vote.
