United Russia maintains a commanding lead in the Vologda Oblast Legislative Assembly election due to its status as the incumbent ruling party with extensive control over single-member districts and alignment with federal authorities, reinforced by Governor Georgy Filimonov’s leadership and the party’s implementation of regional programs. The September 18–20 vote coincides with national legislative elections, amplifying the party’s organizational edge through primaries and candidate selection. Opposition parties including the CPRF face structural barriers from vote thresholds, limited district wins, and a consolidated political environment. Scenarios that could realistically alter the outcome remain narrow and would likely require major disruptions such as unexpected turnout shifts, legal challenges to registration, or significant late developments within the resolution window.

The number of seats will include all members of the Legislative Assembly of Vologda Oblast serving as a result of this election, including members elected in a single- or multiple-member constituency or by proportional representation, where applicable.
If the results of the specified election are not definitively known by July 31, 2027, this market will resolve to "Other".

This market's resolution will be based solely on the number of seats won by the named party. Independents will not count towards any party.
This market will resolve based on the results of this election, as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve solely based on official results as reported by government sources of Vologda Oblast and Russia, including the Election Commission of Vologda Oblast and the Central Election Commission of Russia.
