This market will resolve to the temperature range that contains the highest temperature recorded by NOAA at the Miami Intl Airport Station in degrees Fahrenheit on 30 Aug '26. The resolution source for this market will be information from NOAA, specifically the highest reading under the "Temp" column for all times on this day, available here: https://www.weather.gov/wrh/timeseries?site=kmia This market will resolve off of the Hourly Data provided using the "Show Hourly Data" button. If NOAA data for the observation date is unavailable by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, the Weather Underground Daily Observations table will be used as the resolution source. To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the "Switch to US Units w/ kts" button until the relevant table displays °F. This market can not resolve until the first data point for the following date has been published on the resolution source. The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Fahrenheit (eg, 21°F). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market. Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.**Forecast consensus from the National Weather Service and other models points to a high near 90°F in Miami on August 30, 2026, under mostly sunny skies with afternoon thunderstorms likely.** East winds of 5–15 mph and high humidity (dew points near 78–80°F) support this range, consistent with typical late-August South Florida conditions where sea-breeze convection often limits peak temperatures despite strong insolation. The 90–91°F bin leads at 45.5% because current guidance from NWS Miami shows a high around 90°F, with heat indices reaching 106°F but air temperature maxima constrained by cloud build-up and scattered storms. The 92–93°F outcome (27.5%) reflects residual model spread if convection develops later or remains weaker, while 88–89°F (19.5%) accounts for the chance of earlier or heavier rain cooling the surface. Higher bins remain low-probability given the absence of extreme heat anomalies or blocking patterns. No major shifts in recent model runs have altered the baseline; traders are pricing the skin-in-the-game consensus around the official forecast midpoint rather than climatological averages near 87–88°F. Updated NHC/NOAA guidance and afternoon observations tomorrow will be key resolution inputs.
