Recent forecasts from multiple meteorological models indicate a high of 30–32°C for Shenzhen on September 16, with 31°C emerging as the most consistent outcome under mostly cloudy conditions and light easterly winds. Recent showers and elevated humidity on September 15 have moderated surface heating, while increased cloud cover is expected to limit peak solar radiation and prevent stronger warming. Historical September averages near 31°C provide climatological context, and the absence of significant model spread or incoming cold fronts supports the current distribution of market-implied probabilities centered on 30–32°C. Updated model runs and official China Meteorological Administration guidance in the next 12–24 hours represent the key data points that could refine these odds.
