**Traders assign an 89.5% probability to “No” primarily because extensive February 2026 reporting on Epstein’s historically hidden storage units produced no subsequent law-enforcement action, and mid-to-late 2026 developments have centered on document releases and congressional subpoenas rather than physical searches.** Reporting by The Telegraph and Palm Beach Post in late February 2026 detailed Epstein’s rental of at least six units (mostly in Florida, some in New York) from 2003 until his 2019 death, where private investigators moved computers, photos, and other items ahead of the 2005 Palm Beach raid. Search warrants and statements from the FBI and DOJ at the time gave no indication those external units were ever examined. In the six months since that coverage, no verified raids or new search warrants targeting those locations have been reported. Instead, official activity has focused on the DOJ’s release of millions of pages of Epstein-related files (including a major tranche around late January 2026), follow-on congressional subpoenas to estate executors and associates, and ongoing litigation such as Ghislaine Maxwell’s appeals. These steps involve review of existing records rather than fresh physical operations at storage facilities. With no announced plans, court orders, or credible leaks indicating imminent raids as 2026 progresses, market pricing reflects the absence of any catalyst that would trigger such an event before year-end.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if any private individual or government authority discovers and examines the contents of a storage unit previously rented by or on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.
A qualifying storage unit must contain items previously belonging to or associated with Jeffrey Epstein at the time it is examined. The examination of a storage unit previously rented by or on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein which no longer contains any items related to Epstein will not count.
Only searches conducted within this market’s timeframe will count. Previously available or newly published information which demonstrates that storage units previously rented by or on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein were examined prior to this market’s creation will not count.
The primary resolution source for this market will be a consensus of credible reporting.
