Recent National Weather Service forecasts project overnight lows in the mid-60s Fahrenheit for Los Angeles on September 18, supporting the tight market split between 64-65°F and 66-67°F outcomes. Coastal marine layer development, light winds, and variable fog patterns introduce modest uncertainty in the precise minimum, as these factors can suppress or elevate temperatures by a degree or two depending on timing and location. Historical September averages near 63°F at Los Angeles International Airport provide baseline context, while the next official model updates and morning observations will clarify whether readings settle closer to 64°F or edge higher. Trader consensus reflects this narrow forecast range amid typical early-fall variability.
