SpaceX's push toward a June 2026 IPO, following a confidential filing reported in April, targets a staggering $1.75 trillion-plus valuation, driven by Starlink's surge to 10 million subscribers and robust revenue growth comprising most of the company's income. Elon Musk's May 12 announcement scouting U.S. and international spaceports signals aggressive infrastructure scaling for Starship operations, amplifying reusable rocket dominance amid NASA contracts and frequent Falcon launches. Recent Starship V3 booster and ship milestones position first test flights imminent, potentially catalyzing sentiment, while broader market froth and execution risks on Mars ambitions loom. Traders eye roadshow details and launch successes as pivotal for closing market cap thresholds.

In the event of an interruption in the course of the normal trading session on SpaceX’s first day of trading (e.g., a circuit breaker or half-day), the market will resolve according to the official closing price of the abbreviated session. If no such official closing price is published, the market will resolve according to the next trading day on which an official closing price is published, treating that as the first day of trading.
