Current forecasts from multiple models point to a daytime high of 17–18 °C in Amsterdam on September 17, with widespread cloud cover, periods of rain, and southwesterly winds near 15–17 mph limiting daytime heating. These conditions align with the seasonal transition toward cooler autumn air masses, keeping temperatures below the long-term September average near 19 °C. Model runs show minor differences in the exact peak, often hinging on the timing and intensity of showers, which creates genuine uncertainty between the two leading outcomes and supports their closely matched market-implied probabilities. Updated guidance from official agencies over the next 48 hours will likely refine the precise maximum before resolution.
