Recent National Weather Service and local forecasts for Denver on September 17 project overnight lows near 57°F amid scattered thunderstorms, with highs in the upper 70s. Cloud cover and elevated humidity from the storm pattern are expected to limit radiative cooling after sunset, supporting minimum temperatures in the upper 50s to low 60s rather than sharper drops typical under clear, calm conditions. Model consensus shows modest spread due to timing of any showers and wind shifts, which can raise or lower the daily minimum by a few degrees. This uncertainty, combined with the short forecast horizon, keeps implied probabilities clustered tightly around the 60–65°F bins while assigning lower weight to cooler outcomes below 58°F. Updated model runs and official briefings over the next 48 hours will likely refine the exact threshold for market resolution.
