Trader consensus in the Sao Paulo lowest-temperature market centers on 12–13°C as the most likely minimum for September 17, reflecting model consensus from regional forecasts showing a stable high-pressure system promoting clear skies and moderate radiational cooling overnight. With spring transitioning toward drier conditions in southeastern Brazil, climatological averages for mid-September minima hover near 12–14°C; current guidance indicates no strong cold advection or frontal passage to push readings lower. Key resolution factors include official INMET station readings at the city’s reference site, where even modest cloud cover or urban heat-island effects could shift the daily low by 1–2°C. Updated model runs through the evening will determine whether probabilities consolidate further around the 13°C outcome.
