National Weather Service forecasts for Atlanta on September 21 call for sunny skies early with a high near 92°F (33°C) before isolated afternoon thunderstorms develop, aligning with the market's leading 90-91°F and 92-93°F bins that together exceed 85% implied probability. Recent model runs show limited spread in maximum temperatures amid light winds and dew points near 70°F, which support heat indices in the mid-90s but cap peak readings below 94°F. Above-normal late-summer warmth, following several consecutive days in the low 90s, reinforces trader consensus on these narrow ranges while the low odds on extremes reflect the narrow uncertainty window ahead of official station verification.
