Recent forecast consensus from sources including the China Meteorological Administration and international models points to a daily maximum of 32–34°C in Guangzhou on September 17, supported by partly cloudy skies, moderate southeasterly winds, and scattered shower activity that limits solar heating. Subtropical late-summer conditions with high humidity and typical September climatology around 32°C anchor probabilities near these levels, while slight model spread on cloud cover and rainfall timing creates modest upside risk toward 35°C or downside toward 31°C. Updated model runs and official briefings in the next 48 hours will refine these ranges ahead of market resolution.
