Current forecast consensus from multiple models indicates a daytime high of 27–28°C for Incheon/Seoul on September 19 under stable high pressure, easterly flow, and partly cloudy conditions that support moderate daytime heating without strong advection or cloud suppression. Light winds and typical mid-September humidity levels limit further warming, aligning with the market’s heavy weighting on 28°C (61%) and 27°C (26%). Recent model runs show little shift in this outlook over the past 24–48 hours, consistent with climatological norms slightly above the seasonal average of ~24–26°C. Resolution hinges on official station maxima, with minor uncertainty from local siting or timing of peak insolation.
