Recent forecast guidance from monitoring agencies points to stable high pressure and mostly clear skies over Busan on September 21, favoring radiational cooling overnight with lows likely near 19–21 °C under light northeast winds. This setup aligns with climatological September norms for the region, where daily minima typically range 18–22 °C. Market-implied odds remain closely split between the 23 °C-or-higher and 13 °C-or-below brackets because traders weigh the potential for stronger cooling if winds calm further or for warmer readings if cloud cover increases or warm-air advection strengthens—variables that numerical models can shift with the next update cycle. Resolution hinges on the official daily minimum reported by local stations.
