Recent forecasts from the Korea Meteorological Administration and ensemble models indicate mostly clear skies and northeasterly flow over Busan on September 20 after easterly rain tapers on the 18th–19th, supporting afternoon highs near 26–28°C. Persistent marine influence from the East Sea and moderate winds around 10–15 km/h limit daytime warming compared to inland areas, aligning with late-September climatology where coastal highs typically range 24–28°C. Trader consensus favoring 28°C at 54% implied probability reflects this tight cluster of guidance, while lower odds on 29°C or above account for minor model spread and potential slight warming if clouds decrease more than expected. Updated KMA briefings and short-range model runs through September 19 will provide the final inputs before market resolution.
