Typical August climatology shows an average high of 17 °C, with model ensembles exhibiting modest spread tied to the precise timing and strength of any weak frontal passages. Trader consensus reflected in the closely matched 17 °C and 18 °C contracts therefore captures this narrow uncertainty band ahead of the next model update cycle and any revisions to boundary-layer mixing or cloud cover.
