Latest official forecasts from Environment Canada and supporting models indicate a high near 23–25°C for Toronto on September 8, driven by a mix of sun and cloud under southeasterly flow that limits peak solar heating. This aligns closely with the 1991–2020 climatological average high of 23.5°C for the date. Persistent cloud cover and modest winds are expected to moderate daytime maxima below clearer-sky potential, supporting the market's strong consensus around 24°C while leaving room for slight upward revisions if skies clear more than anticipated. Updated model runs and morning observations will refine these probabilities ahead of resolution.
