Georgia’s 11th congressional district remains structurally Republican, with a Cook Political Report partisan voter index of R+12 and consistent double-digit margins for GOP candidates in recent cycles. The open seat created by Rep. Barry Loudermilk’s retirement has triggered a crowded Republican primary on May 19, 2026, yet the district’s suburban Atlanta exurban base and historical voting patterns continue to anchor strong Republican positioning for the November general election. Democratic challengers have emerged in their parallel primary, but the seat’s partisan baseline limits their path to victory. Traders have priced Republican control at 86 percent, reflecting the district’s entrenched lean and the limited impact of the open-seat dynamic on the overall outcome.

A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.
This market will resolve based on the result of the election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the United States government, specifically the Federal Election Commission (https://www.fec.gov/).
