**Forecast consensus from the National Weather Service and other models positions Miami’s September 12 high temperature near 88–90°F, aligning with the market’s heaviest weighting on the 88–89°F (32%) and 90–91°F (43.5%) bins.** Official point forecasts and hourly guidance show daytime maxima reaching 88°F, with the daily high listed around 90°F under typical late-summer conditions: high humidity, easterly flow, and scattered afternoon thunderstorms that can cap peak heating. Historical averages for the date sit near 89.5°F, and recent early-September readings have clustered in the upper 80s to low 90s, providing a stable baseline. Model agreement and the absence of major steering-pattern shifts or tropical systems keep probabilities concentrated in this narrow range, though modest uncertainty remains around exact cloud cover and shower timing that could nudge the peak a degree or two in either direction.
