Trader consensus favoring 33°C as Singapore’s highest temperature on September 21 reflects Meteorological Service Singapore forecasts of a peak near that mark amid southwest monsoon conditions, with afternoon thundery showers expected to develop. High humidity levels of 60-95% and increasing cloud cover from convective activity typically limit further warming after midday, aligning with recent model runs showing limited potential for 34°C or higher. Earlier September observations recorded maxima of 34-35°C on several days, providing context for the narrow spread between the top three outcomes, while official criteria focus on the single highest verified reading at authorized stations. Updated forecasts and final daily observations will determine resolution.
