Latest forecasts from the China Meteorological Administration and global models position 28–29°C as the most likely high for Beijing on September 19, aligning with the market’s leading 40.5% implied probability for 29°C. Light southerly winds, partly cloudy skies, and limited moisture advection support modest daytime warming above the 25.6°C climatological average, while model consensus shows little spread around this range. Recent runs indicate no incoming cold fronts or significant cloud cover to suppress maxima, though minor adjustments in boundary-layer mixing or insolation could shift the outcome between 28°C and 30°C. Traders appear to weight official guidance and ensemble agreement heavily ahead of the final observation.
