Recent forecasts from multiple models indicate Manila will see scattered thunderstorms and high humidity on September 19, keeping maximum temperatures in the low 30s Celsius as afternoon convection and cloud cover limit solar heating. This aligns with the market's tight clustering around 31–33°C, where traders weigh the balance between typical wet-season cooling from rain and any brief clear periods allowing brief spikes. PAGASA outlooks note near- to above-average temperatures amid enhanced southwest monsoon activity and an ongoing El Niño, though localized storm timing introduces uncertainty that keeps probabilities distributed across several outcomes rather than favoring extremes.
