Official forecasts from GFS and other models point to a Monday high of 19–20°C in Toronto under northwest flow behind a cold front, with mostly clear to partly cloudy skies, low humidity, and light winds limiting daytime warming. This follows warmer 24°C conditions on September 13 and aligns with seasonal norms for mid-September, where highs typically range 18–22°C. Model consensus and recent observational trends reinforce the tight clustering of market-implied odds around 19°C (31%) and 20°C (49.5%), with lower probabilities for 21°C or higher reflecting limited potential for stronger southerly flow or reduced cloud cover to boost temperatures before resolution.
