Recent document releases from the Department of Justice in early 2026 detailed Jeffrey Epstein’s use of private storage units dating back to the 2000s, where he reportedly relocated computers, photographs, and other materials ahead of prior law-enforcement actions. Those reports confirm no federal raids have occurred on the identified units since Epstein’s 2019 death, and the FBI has offered no statements indicating new searches are underway or scheduled. With the 2026 calendar year already underway and no active investigations, congressional mandates, or prosecutorial announcements tied to these locations, traders see little basis for a raid to materialize before year-end. Absent fresh developments such as court-ordered warrants or agency task-force directives, the current implied probability favors no such action.
