Persistent high pressure and clear skies over Dallas are maintaining strong southerly flow and high dew points, limiting overnight radiational cooling and supporting minimum temperatures in the upper 70s to low 80s on September 13. Official National Weather Service guidance and model consensus point to a low near 80°F under mostly clear conditions with light south winds, consistent with the market's heavy weighting toward the 82–83°F bin. This setup aligns with the ongoing late-summer heat pattern, well above the 1991–2020 climatological average low of 71°F, with no incoming cold front or significant cloud cover expected to alter the trajectory before midnight.
