**Clear, sunny conditions under stable high pressure are positioning Ankara's September 13 maximum temperature near 32–33 °C, aligning with the market's heavy weighting on those two outcomes (59 % for 33 °C, 37.5 % for 32 °C).** Multiple forecast models, including those reflected in Yr.no and GlobalMeteo guidance, show afternoon peaks of 32–33 °C (roughly 89–91 °F) with light west-southwest winds, low humidity, and negligible cloud cover that permits strong solar heating. This setup matches or slightly exceeds late-summer climatology for the region, where September daytime highs average near 27 °C but frequently reach the low 30s during calm, anticyclonic periods. The narrow 3.5 % probability assigned to 34 °C reflects limited upside potential should model runs verify a degree warmer, while cooler outcomes remain discounted absent any incoming frontal systems or increased cloudiness. Official Turkish Meteorological Service station readings will resolve the market once the daily maximum is recorded.
