**Trader consensus has converged on a 25°C daily maximum in Zhengzhou on September 11, 2026, at essentially 100% implied probability.** This positioning reflects real-time alignment between official forecasts, observational data, and model outputs showing the temperature peaked at that level under persistent cloud cover. Multiple sources, including GFS-based guidance and station forecasts, projected a high near 25°C (approximately 77–79°F), with afternoon readings topping out around that mark before cooling into the evening. Overcast conditions, light northerly or variable winds of 2–4 mph, and moderate humidity limited solar heating and convective development, keeping the peak from rising further. Current late-day observations around 20–22°C confirm the diurnal maximum has already occurred. The only realistic challenges would involve an official China Meteorological Administration station recording a slightly higher instantaneous value due to localized effects or revised quality-controlled data, or an unexpected late-day clearing that allowed brief additional warming. Given the tight clustering of model guidance and observed trends, such deviations remain highly improbable for market resolution.

The resolution source for this market will be information from NOAA, specifically the highest reading under the "Temp" column for all times on this day, available here: https://www.weather.gov/wrh/timeseries?site=zhcc
If NOAA data for the observation date is unavailable by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, the Weather Underground Daily Observations table will be used as the resolution source.
In the event that there is no data for the observation date by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, this market will resolve to the lowest bracket.
To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the "Switch to Metric Units" button until the relevant table displays °C.
This market will resolve once the first data point for the following date has been published on the resolution source, or by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, whichever comes first.
The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Celsius (eg, 9°C). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market.
Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.
