Trader consensus assigns 95% implied probability to an 82-83°F low in Dallas on September 18, driven by National Weather Service station observations and NOAA surface analyses showing limited nocturnal cooling under persistent high pressure and southerly flow. Mid-September climatology typically features lows near 70°F, yet recent model consensus from the Global Forecast System and European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts indicated suppressed radiative cooling amid elevated dew points and daytime maxima in the mid-90s. These verified measurements align closely with the leading outcome bin. Final National Centers for Environmental Information data could still shift resolution if quality-control adjustments alter the official minimum.
