**Forecast models show strong consensus for an overnight low in the low 70s°F for New York City on September 13, 2026, driven by a warm, humid air mass and widespread rain.** Multiple sources, including globalmeteo, WindBorne, and LocalConditions, project a minimum near 71–72°F amid 100% rain chances and tropical-level humidity that limits radiational cooling. Cloud cover and southeasterly flow maintain elevated temperatures overnight, with the primary uncertainty centered on exact timing of heaviest precipitation and any brief clearing that could allow a slightly lower reading. This explains the tight market split between the 72–73°F (41.5%) and 70–71°F (38.0%) bins, as traders weigh minor model variations in dew point depression and boundary-layer mixing against official station measurements at Central Park. Updated National Weather Service guidance or hourly observations on the morning of the 13th could refine the final outcome.
