SpaceX's confidential S-1 filing with the SEC on April 1, 2026, has ignited trader anticipation for a blockbuster IPO potentially as early as June, targeting a $1.75 trillion-plus valuation fueled by Starlink's surge to 10 million subscribers and dominant revenue stream. Integration of xAI's AI capabilities into SpaceX operations enhances long-term prospects in autonomous flight and mission planning, while Starship V3 and V4 prototypes advance toward high-thrust test flights. Competitive edges in reusable rocketry and global satellite broadband underpin sentiment, though final pricing hinges on public prospectus details, regulatory nods, and market conditions—watch for S-1 amendments and roadshow updates in coming weeks.
