Latest National Weather Service and model consensus forecasts position Dallas for a sunny, dry Sunday with a high temperature centered in the 100-101°F range, driving the dominant 63.5% market-implied probability. Persistent high pressure and southerly winds are expected to deliver clear skies with minimal cloud cover, enabling strong daytime heating amid typical late-summer humidity that elevates heat indices above 105°F. Recent model runs show little disagreement on these conditions, with precipitation chances below 5% and no significant frontal activity anticipated before resolution. Traders appear to weigh the narrow historical variance around early-September maxima near 90-100°F against the current stable pattern, while monitoring any final 12-24 hour forecast adjustments from the National Weather Service that could shift probabilities toward the 98-99°F or 102-103°F brackets.
