Recent forecasts from Yandex Weather and aligned models indicate a daytime high near 18°C in Moscow on September 13 under partly cloudy skies with light westerly winds and no precipitation, positioning 17°C and 18°C as the leading market-implied outcomes at 45% and 23% respectively. This aligns closely with the long-term average high of 16.9°C while reflecting modest above-normal warmth from stable high-pressure influence. Model consensus shows limited spread, with minimal risk of deviation into the 15°C or 19°C+ tails given current steering patterns and boundary-layer conditions. Updated guidance expected from Russian meteorological centers ahead of the observation window could further refine trader positioning on these narrow thresholds.
